Mike Beverly has been in radio since his college days at Georgia Tech.  He has recently been voted one of the newest members of the Tennessee Radio Hall of Fame after a long career on the air in large markets and small, and more recently as a radio station owner. 

 

Mike has owned as many as four radio stations in East Tennessee, all of which were off the air and about to be deleted forever.  Now he focuses on 101.1 the Eagle in Dayton, Alive 96.9 in Cleveland and 105.5 The Mountain. 

 

Among the places Mike has worked are Atlanta, Knoxville, Greenville-Spartanburg, Paducah, KY and Fayetteville, NC. 

 

Mike has been married to Sue, who is the Executive Director of Tennessee's first Ronald McDonald House in Knoxville.
